Delano E. Leager Jr., 57, of Moon, Va., passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on June 21, 2021. He was predeceased by his father, Delano E. Leager Sr. Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Peggy Leager; his siblings, Denise Smith and husband Danny, Winnie Leager, Patricia Parker and husband Thomas, Robert Leager and wife Wendy; Del’s children, Clayton Leager, Timothy Haas and wife Felicia, Andrew Leager, Lyndsey Leager; his granddaughters, Haley and Elizabeth, and a host of nephews and nieces. Del’s favorite pastimes were fishing and crabbing.

A celebration of his life will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, June 27, 2021, at his family home at Moon. Andrews Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
