Retiring Del. Harvey Morgan (R-Middlesex) will deliver his final legislative preview for the Middle Peninsula League of Voters (MidPenVOTE) at a public forum at 6:30 p.m. next Wednesday, Nov. 30, in the community room of Gloucester Public Library, Main Street Center.

At this forum, an annual tradition for MidPenVOTE, Morgan will provide an overview of the upcoming 2012 session of the Virginia General Assembly and take questions from the audience.
