David Michael Burruss of Dutton, born on Aug. 30, 1991, left this earth far too soon on Saturday, June 18, 2016.

He left behind to mourn him his beautiful bride of one week, Samantha, along with his new family Charlie, Tracy, and Avery Prince. He also leaves behind his mother, Joanie Daniels; his father, Steven Burruss and Andy Daniels. He is survived by his siblings, Christopher, Amber, Jordan, Taylor and Lindsey. His grandparents include John and Margie Burton, Harwood Hall, Joanne Burruss and Sonny and Anne Carole Daniels. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Tommy Burruss. 

David will be remembered for his thoughtfulness, genuine heart and sweet smile. He is now reunited with his best friend, Christopher Hudgins.

The family received friends on Wednesday, June 22, 2016, from 6-8 p.m. at Salem United Methodist Church, Diggs, Virginia. A memorial service will  be held on Thursday, June 23, 2016, at the church at 2 p.m., with burial to follow at Milford Cemetery, Moon, Virginia.
