The Cricket Hill chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, recently had a luncheon at Southwind Pizza in Mathews to honor their scholarship winner, Suki Zheng. She received a $1,000 check from the Ruth Smitt DAR Educational Fund. She will be attending University of Virginia in the fall.
