Dana Scott Bartley, age 62, of Gloucester, died at his home on Sunday, Sept. 20, 2020. Scott was a graduate of Gloucester High School and a sales associate with Walmart; he never met a stranger and always had a smile on his face. Watching NASCAR was one of his favorite pastimes. Father, Robert J. Bartley, and a brother, Robert W. Bartley, preceded him in death. He is survived by his son, Christopher Scott Bartley (Liz) and his mother, Wanda Bartley; grandchildren, Christopher Scott Bartley Jr., Kaylee; mother, Janellee Bartley; brother, Thomas Bartley (Sharon), as well as nieces and nephews. The family received friends Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2020, from 6-7:30 p.m. at Hogg Funeral Home, followed by a graveside service at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2020, in Grace Bible Church Cemetery, 9577 George Washington Memorial Highway, Gloucester, Va. 23061. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, social distancing is mandatory, and masks are required.
