Damien Luther Thomas, 43, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, died on July 9, 2023.

Survivors include his father, Jerry Thomas; his mother, Becky Thomas; brother, Dax Thomas; sister, Mary Thomas, and his son, Drake Thomas. He was preceded in death by his sister, Teresa Thomas.

No services will be held in his memory.
