Recent Gloucester High School graduate James Hall received a $1,000 Gloucester Sheriff’s Office D.A.R.E. scholarship. Hall plans to pursue a major in business at Virginia Tech this fall. With Hall are GSO D.A.R.E. Officer Cindy Saulman and Gloucester Sheriff Darrell Warren.
