A funeral for Cynthia Gail Jenkins, 59, of Hayes, was held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17 at Hogg Funeral Home, Gloucester Point. She died Nov. 12, 2015.

She was a graduate of Gloucester High School, and worked at Digital Equipment Corporation in product sales. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Horace and Venice Jenkins, and brother, Jimmie Jenkins.

Survivors include her son, Matthew Boerner; brother, Victor Jenkins, and sister, Linda Casey.

The service was conducted by the Rev. Richard Whiteheart. Interment followed in Gloucester Point Cemetery.
