Curtis Daniel “Danny” Estridge, 59, of Chesterfield County, Va., passed away at home on May 7, 2026. Danny was born on September 30, 1966 to his late parents, Curtis D. Estridge and Dorena R. Beck, in Newport News, Va. He was an electrician and he took great pride in his work.

Danny met the love of his life in Gloucester in 1993, Sherry Amos Estridge, who preceded him in death two long years ago. They were a wonderful couple and had a lot of good times together and built a family and life of love and friendship. He is complete now that he’s with her again.

Danny was a great father, brother, uncle, cousin and friend to all. He loved a good laugh and was always sharing a funny story or pulling lighthearted pranks. Danny loved being outdoors hunting and fishing, and four wheeling with his son.

Danny is survived by his sons, Wade Estridge and Ryan Keiper; his loving sister and brother-in-law, Pam and Paul Shafer; his in-laws, Robbie and Christine Amos of Gloucester; lots of nephews, nieces and cousins; and stepfather, Jonathan Beck who taught him the electrical trade.

A memorial service will be on May 21, 2026 from 2-4 p.m. at Affinity Funeral Services, 2720 Enterprise Parkway, Richmond, Va. 23294.
