Steven A. Curry, 67, of Lancaster, has pleaded guilty to felony charges of second-degree murder and use of a firearm to commit murder in the December 2025 shooting death of 43-year-old Tri-River ASAP executive director Branden Patrick Green. The defendant will be sentenced by the court after preparation of a presentencing report and presentation of further evidence by the Commonwealth Attorney’s office and defense attorney Amy VanFossen. The pre-sentencing report hearing is scheduled for Nov. 6 at 9:30 a.m. Curry was indicted by a grand jury in May on charges of first-degree murder and use of a firearm. A plea agreement was heard in Gloucester Circuit Court on Tuesday, July 28. In that agreement, which was approved by Curry, VanFossen and Chief Deputy Commonwealth’s Attorney Monique Donner and accepted by Judge Jeffrey W.
