Sports broadcaster and talk show host Demetrius Means has joined WIGO Country 104.9 radio out of Kilmarnock to be the color baseball analyst alongside his play-by-play partner Josh Suszek, covering the Deltaville Deltas baseball. Over the years, Means has covered the VCU Rams Women’s Basketball Program, sideline reporter for Old Dominion University football and Northern Neck High School basketball on 101.7 Bay FM for 25 years. He has also been the host of The Demetrius Means Sports Show and the Sports Fan Show on Bay FM. He has been the basketball analyst for NFHS network covering the Virginia High School League State Championships, held at the home of the VCU Rams at the Siegel Center in Richmond. Means and Suszek, from left, covered Saturday’s game, where the Deltas came from behind, 6-1, to defeat the Richmond Trash Pandas, 12-7.
