CRANBERRY WHITE CHOCOLATE MIX
Dry Cranberry
White Chocolate Cookie Mix

Makes 40 cookies
2¼ c. all-purpose flour
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. white chocolate chips
1 pkg. (6 oz.) dried sweetened cranberries
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients and place in a clear 2-quart container with tight-fitting lid; cover with lid. Store in a cool dry place until ready to give. Attach the recipe card.

Cranberry White Chocolate Cookie

1 container cranberry white chocolate mix (above)
½ c. butter, softened
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine 1 container dry cookie mix with butter in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until well after each addition. Blend in vanilla. Drop 1 Tbs. of dough for each cookie onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool on cookie sheet on wire rack 1 minute. Remove and cool completely.
