Announcements were made this week that two women will be taking over for Jenny Crittenden in her roles as Executive Director of both the Gloucester Main Street Preservation Trust and the Cook Foundation.
Elizabeth Blackney has already begun work as the Executive Director of the Cook Foundation, a nonprofit with a mission to grow and sponsor the arts in Gloucester.
And, beginning Jan. 3, 2022, Cristie Thomas will start her new role as Executive Director of the Gloucester Main Street Preservation Trust.
Crittenden is leaving to become Senior Vice President of Retail Alliance in Norfolk. When her departure was announced, a decision was made at that time to split her two roles into separate positions.
