Gloucester County Public Schools is welcoming two new administrators into the fold ahead of the 2026-2027 school year. Kristen Connelly of Kilmarnock has been named assistant principal of Peasley Middle School and Sadie Monastyrly has been reassigned from a fourth-grade teaching position at Petsworth Elementary School to Coordinator of Instructional Coaching. These appointments were approved by the Gloucester County School Board during its latest meeting, held Aug. 11 in the T.C. Walker Education Center. Other appointments approved include the following: James Smith of Ark was appointed to a custodial position at Botetourt Elementary School, effective July 20; Allen Washington Sr. of White Marsh was appointed to an assistant custodial foreman position at Bethel Elementary School, effective July 21; Tiffanie Wheeler of Mathews was appointed to an administrative associate position at Peasley Middle School, effective Aug. 3; Lucy Collazo of Gloucester was appointed to a seventh grade math...
