Concerts by the Bay will have its first performance this season from noon to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 25, at Brent and Becky’s Bulbs on Daffodil Lane in Gloucester. Music will be by local performers Toby and Larry, followed by The FlatTones, pictured here. Single tickets are $15 at the gate. Those with 2019/2020 season tickets will be admitted free of charge. Food truck items and beverages will be available for purchase.
