A community worship night, “Common Ground,” will take place at LightHouse Worship Center, Hayes, on Friday, May 22, beginning at 7 p.m. Local musician Michael Cunningham has gathered worship leaders and musicians across Hampton Roads and Richmond for a night centered on unity, hope and lifting up the name of Jesus, a release stated. “This night isn’t about any one church or organization,” said Cunningham. “It’s about creating space for our communities to come together, encourage one another, and celebrate what God is doing across our region.” Participants will pray for first responders and take an offering for a local family in need.
