Thomas Hunter Middle School principal Jodie Simpson reached out to Ron Lambert to get the boys’ locker room painted ahead of this year’s Tour de Chesapeake, which will be held on Saturday, May 17. With the help of the Mathews Rotary Club, Mathews Outdoor Club, Kiwanis Club and the Mathews Community Foundation, the community was able to complete the job.
