FRIDAY, MAY 27

BRIDGE: The Gloucester Library, Point Branch, will hold beginner classes on how to play bridge today and Fridays, June 3, 10 and 17 at 10:30 a.m. Registration for these free classes is now open. Adults only.

SATURDAY, MAY 28

MARKET: Mathews Farmers’ Market will be held every Saturday through Oct. 29. This event will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and is held on the Historic Courthouse Green on Court Street.

TUESDAY, MAY 31

YUM YUM: The Gloucester Library, Main Street Center, will have a Yum Yum Cookbook Club meeting on May 31 at 6:30 p.m. Library Chef Chris Thomas will demonstrate English recipes in honor of the Queen Elizabeth’s Jubilee. Registration is now open for this free event. Open to those 18 and older only.

SATURDAY, JUNE 4
