Community Services Board announces promotions

Two promotions to the Middle Peninsula-Northern Neck Community Services Board staff were announced recently. Amanda Campagnola has been named Deputy Executive Director, while Emily Eanes has taken on the role of Director of Early Intervention, MPNN CSB Executive Director Linda Hodges said last Wednesday.

Campagnola

Campagnola assumed her new responsibilities on Feb. 1. She will continue to serve as the Director of Community-Based Services as well. Her office is located in Gloucester.

Campagnola earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and a master’s in Social Work from Capella University. She began her career with the Middle Peninsula-Northern Neck Community Services Board in 2000 as a Mental Health Case Manager and moved ahead into the Senior Case Manager position. She continued advancing to Community Care Coordinator for Adults, then ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) Team Leader.

“The Community Services Board is most fortunate that Amanda is in this position,” Hodges said. “Her passion for this work, in tandem with her organizational skills, will continue to make a difference in this agency and community.”

Eanes

Eanes assumed her new responsibilities on May 25, 2023. She will continue to be the Director of Youth and Family Services as well. Her office is located in Saluda.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Virginia and a master’s in Art Therapy from Eastern Virginia Medical School. Eanes began her career with the CSB in 1998 as a Youth and Family Services Coordinator and continued onward as Therapeutic Day Treatment Coordinator. In 2017, Eanes moved into the Director of Youth and Family management position.

“Emily Eanes is a Master Therapist and has used this knowledge and skills at an administrative and supervisory level,” Hodges said. “In addition to the work of Youth and Family, Emily is committed to the Early Intervention Program and the difference it brings to many families who have children with developmental delays or disabilities.”

The Middle Peninsula-Northern Neck Community Services Board, founded in 1974, provides a continuum of services for individuals with behavioral health challenges and developmental disabilities throughout the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck.
