The Piankatank Community League will meet at 6 p.m. Friday, June 21, at the league building in Harcum. Phil Olekszyk will give a presentation on the current status of the Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Implementation Plan for the lower end of the Piankatank River and its tributaries, which was prepared by the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation. The meeting is open to the public.
