Community invited to review GHS renovation plans

The Gloucester School Board set dates Tuesday for community members to review conceptual master plans for renovations to Gloucester High School during its monthly meeting at the T.C. Walker Education Center.

The board meeting followed a fifth meeting of the GHS master plan committee that has been developing the plans with project architects. Committee members were presented with an overview of the conceptual designs and were given a final opportunity to offer their comments prior to the plans being presented to the board. 

The design plans will be available for public review from 5 to 7 p.m. on Dec. 4 and 11 at GHS. The architectural firm will provide a brief introduction at 5 o’clock both evenings, but the plans will be available for review anytime during the two-hour periods. Any public comments on the plan may also be offered during those times.
