PLANNERS: The Mathews County Planning Commission will meet at 7 o’clock tonight in the historic courthouse on Court Street.

TUESDAY

BROADBAND: The Mathews Broadband Advisory Board will meet at 9 a.m. Tuesday at Mathews Memorial Library. The monthly meeting was originally scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 8.

NARFE: Chapter 1757 of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees will meet at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at Olivia’s in the Village, Main Street, Gloucester. Beverly Holmberg will give a talk on Doug Tallamy’s Homegrown National Parks movement to help the environment. Holmberg has 20 years’ experience as a Mathews Master Gardener and recently became a Virginia Master Naturalist.
