COMPENSATION WORKSHOP: The Mathews County Board of Supervisors will examine the results of a classification and compensation plan developed for the county by Virginia Tech during an electronic work session at 1 p.m. Monday.

EDA: The Mathews County Economic Development Authority will meet at 4 p.m. Tuesday in the historic courthouse on Court Street.
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: The Gloucester Board of Supervisors will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday via electronic means.
BLOOD DRIVE: The American Red Cross will hold a blood drive from 2-7 p.m. Tuesday at the Piankatank Ruritan Club on Buckley Hall Road at Hudgins. The drive is sponsored by American Legion Post 83 and the Mathews County Woman’s Club. Appointments are required and may be made by calling 804-725-2485 or visiting redcrossblood.org.
