THURSDAY CRISIS TRACK TRAINING: Gloucester County will be conducting disaster management training with Crisis Track from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. today at the Department of Emergency Management. PLANNING COMMISSION: The Gloucester Planning Commission will meet at 7 o’clock tonight in the colonial courthouse. SATURDAY MASTER GARDENERS: Gloucester Master Gardeners will meet at 10 a.m. Saturday at Brent and Becky’s Bulbs, Gloucester. The topic will be “Fruits for the Garden,” and the meeting is open to the public. NEXT FRIDAY DAR: Cricket Hill Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, will meet at 2 p.m. next Friday, Oct. 15, at the home of Frances Ellis. The program will focus on the DAR Day of Service, and members are asked to bring non-perishable food and household items to donate to a local charity, a release said.
