MASTER GARDENERS: The Gloucester Master Gardeners will meet at 9 a.m. Monday at Abingdon Episcopal Church, Ordinary.
DUATHLON: A Labor Day Duathlon consisting of a three-mile run and a 2.5-mile kayak race will be held beginning at 8 a.m. on Monday at Put-In Creek Park Pavilion on Brickbat Road in Mathews. It is free and open to the public. Participants will drop off their kayaks at Williams Wharf at 8 a.m. and drive to the pavilion to park.
