Coin drive

For two weeks in November, Ware Academy students held a coin drive, collecting change to donate to a local charity. After raising $3,231.74, Ware Academy’s Blue and Green Team captains used the funds to purchase toys for children in need. The school’s top fundraisers, the first grade class, surprised The Leigh family at Oyster Cove Boatworks with a delivery of toys for “Stuff the Skiff,” a toy drive to benefit CHKD.
