The Mathews High School Music Department held its second annual Coffee Shop Jazz program last Wednesday. Community members filled the school’s cafeteria to hear the MHS Jazz Band and the Mathews Community Jazz Combo perform to enjoy some music and support the school’s music program. Below, the crowd applauds in approval. Spectators enjoyed coffee, tea and cocoa, and bought raffle tickets and baked goods.
