Three Gloucester High School students, members of the Marching Dukes and the GHS band program—Alexis Chattin, Samantha Ramaglino and Sophia Salisbury, from left—participated in Christopher Newport University’s Honor Band led by Dr. David Carter Jr. of Coastal Carolina University. Ramaglino was a featured soloist and first chair clarinet. CNU Honor Band took place Jan. 16-18 with the Honor Wind Ensemble performance taking place at the Ferguson Center.
