Your Southern Heart Boutique, a clothing store for men and women, opened recently in The Shops on Hickory Fork, White Marsh. The store, which specializes in custom-designed leggings, also prides itself in providing a better quality product at more reasonable prices than big box stores.

Owner Cathy Kezar of Yorktown said the store is a longtime dream of hers. A mother of five, she ran a boutique out of her home for a number of years. However, when her youngest son started high school this year, she decided it was time to “jump” on the opportunity to open her own store.

She found the space, which wasn’t a far drive from her home in York County, and fell in love with the location. She hopes eventually to move to the county.

The boutique also offers a wide variety of graphic T-shirts from Girlie Girl Originals, boutique clothing dresses, tops, hand-painted wood signs, dog bandanas, gifts and more.
