All post offices, courts, county offices, libraries, and DMV customer service centers in Gloucester and Mathews will be closed on Monday, Feb. 19, in honor of George Washington’s Birthday/President’s Day.
Mathews schools will be closed, as well, while Gloucester schools will open for half a day, closing at 12:20 for middle schools, 12:30 for Gloucester High School, and 1:30 for elementary schools.
ABC stores and waste facilities in both counties will be open for regular hours.
