Cloe Griffith, 87, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, Dec. 9, 2017 at her home in Port Haywood.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Moses Benjamin Griffith.

Cloe was a registered nurse, and she retired from the State Health Dept. in Richmond.

She is survived by her six children; 17 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her special friends, Ben Leigh (Peggy), Jimmy Hudgins (Nancy), Ray Owens (Jean) and Jim Flan. 

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 16, 2017, at 2 p.m. at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Foster-Faulkner Chapel, Mathews, Virginia. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
