Clinton Albert Hudgins Sr., 65, of Deltaville, Virginia passed away peacefully in his home on Dec. 25, 2016 after a long battle with cancer. 

He was born and raised in Mathews, Virginia. He retired from Newport News Shipyard after 39 years. He loved and lived for his family. 

Clinton was predeceased by his mother, Rosa Marie; father, Charles Nelson, and brother, Joey Kirk.

Clinton is survived by his wife, Teresa Hudgins, three children, Clint Hudgins Jr., Amy Marie Hudgins, and Brandy Hudgins Callis; six grandchildren, Nelson, Kristen, Caitlin, Madison, Macie and Kimberly; his brother, C. K. and two sisters. 

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Jan. 7, 2017 at 7 p.m. at Foster-Faulkner Funeral Home, Mathews. A visitation will be held immediately following the service.
