Clean Gloucester Weekend to be held March 26-28

Clean Gloucester’s Spring 2021 Weekend will be held on March 26-28, with residents encouraged to spruce up their own corner of the county.

The Gloucester Clean Community office provides trash bags, buckets, grabbers, road signs, and safety vests for registered cleanup teams. Because Clean Gloucester Weekend is the same weekend as Daffodil Festival this year, each cleanup team captain will receive a free potted daffodil from the Gloucester Master Gardeners.

Community members are encouraged to pick a spot to clean, choose their group, then sign up online to request equipment at https://tinyurl.com/CleanGloDay. Using the online signup form, participants can indicate their choice of picking up supplies indoors, or via contact-free outdoor pickup.

All equipment is sanitized twice before community members receive it. Cleanups can be completed any time during the month of March to be counted toward the Clean Gloucester Day totals.
