Class Act salon has new owners

Class Act, a beauty salon located at 17 Plaza, Ordinary, is under new ownership.

Leslie Thomas and Sasi Sterling are the new owners. They purchased Class Act from Kim Ward, who is now an independent stylist at the shop.

The staff offers haircuts, custom color, waxing, manicures and pedicures. Appointments can be made and walk-ins are also welcome, with services offered for men, women and children.

Thomas has 23 years’ hair care experience. This is the first salon she has owned, having previously worked more than seven years at Class Act and once managed another Gloucester salon. Thomas resides at Hayes.

Sterling has worked with Thomas for more than 20 years. In all, Sterling has 27 years’ hair care experience, having worked at several other Gloucester shops.

Sterling said they recently remodeled the salon and added a waxing room. She resides in Gloucester.
