A graveside service for Clarice J. Brown, 77, of Gloucester Point, was held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Rosewell Memorial Garden Cemetery, Hayes. She died March 20, 2019.

She was a longtime member of Union Baptist Church, Achilles.  

Survivors include her husband of 59 years, James Alton Brown, and two sisters, Cheryl Wallace and Tina Fleming. 

The service was conducted by the Rev. Bill West.

Memorial contributions may be made to Abingdon Fire and Rescue, Box 9, Bena, Va. 23018.  

Hogg Funeral Home, Gloucester Point, was in charge.
