Citizens need to pay up their school pledges

As the Journal has before pointed out it is absolutely necessary for the citizens to come up with the amounts subscribed in order that the new high school building here be completed. The Westville Board believing that the subscriptions were made in good faith have met their part of the obligation by putting up one half of the necessary money to complete the building but thus far the citizens have only paid in $311. If this is not greatly increased the building will not be completed in time for school this year. In order that your children may enjoy its privileges at the earliest possible date you should be willing to increase not diminish the amount of your contribution.
