Anthony Kincaid of Hayes, received a citation in the Virginia Saltwater Fishing Tournament for a sheepshead weighing 11 pounds, 6 ounces. Kincaid’s catch was made Oct. 23 at the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel, and reported in the Nov. 20 issue of vasaltwaterjournal.com.
