Kyle Leidig of Gloucester, caught and released a 47-inch black drum at the Mobjack Bay Reef on Aug. 15, qualifying for a citation from the Virginia Saltwater Fishing Tournament.
Also, Cole Christensen of Hudgins, has received a citation for a catch-and-release of a 46-inch red drum on July 31 in Chesapeake Bay.
