Antioch Baptist, Susan

Bellamy United Methodist

Bellamy United Methodist Church, Gloucester, will gather for worship at 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Sunday. Children’s Church will be available for pre-K to fifth grade. The Faith Builders Bible Study and Adult Sunday School classes meet at 9:30. The Youth Group meets at 5 p.m. with dinner provided.

Bethany United Methodist

The sermon title of Pastor John Choi of Bethany United Methodist Church, Gloucester Point, at the 8:30 a.m. informal Sunday service and traditional service at 11 o’clock will be “Homeland-Seeking Faith.” Second Sunday breakfast will be at 9:30. Sunday school for all ages begins at 9:45. Nursery is available for infants to 3 years old.

Bethel Baptist

Bethel Baptist Church, Gloucester, began revival services Wednesday. Services continue until Friday. The speaker for Wednesday was the Rev. Donna Freeman of Morning Glory Baptist Church. Tonight’s speaker will be the Rev. Wade Inge of Beulah Church in Saluda, and Friday’s speaker will be the Rev. Willie Dickerson of Union Zion Baptist Church, Ware Neck.

Homecoming will be celebrated on Sunday with the Rev. James Harris preaching at the 11 a.m. service. His sermon title will be “God’s Gospel.” The guest speaker for the 3 p.m. Homecoming Celebration will be the Rev. Stevens Burrell of Gleaning Baptist Church, Gloucester.

Gleaning Baptist

Gleaning Baptist Church, Gloucester, continues revival services at 7:30 p.m. through Friday. The Rev. Keith Parham, interim pastor of Fourth Baptist Church in Richmond, will be the speaker on Thursday and Friday.
