Christmas sweets


10 egg yolks

28 oz. condensed milk

1 c. Key Lime juice

Beat egg yolks, add remaining ingredients (mixing lightly until blended). Pour into a graham cracker crust and bake at 350°F. approximately 15 minutes. Do not over-bake! I use a deep-dish glass pan for this. This was one of my most popular desserts at the restaurant.



4 (8-oz.) packages of cream cheese

1½ c. sugar

¾ c. milk

4 eggs

1 c. sour cream

1 Tbs. vanilla

¼ c. flour

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a spring-form pan. Mix 1.5 c. graham cracker crumbs with 2 Tbs. melted butter and 1 Tbs. sugar and press in bottom of pan. You can add more butter as needed to combine ingredients. Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth, add milk and then eggs. Do not over-mix.
