Christmas Blessing Fund on its way to $20,000 goal

After two weeks, the 2023 Mathews Ruritan Club Christmas Blessing Fund is well on the way toward its goal of $20,000, honorary chairperson Amy Ashberry, announced. Donations of $4,130 have been received thus far.

There is still plenty of time to make a donation. Tax-deductible contributions to assist needy families in Mathews with home heating costs may be sent to: Christmas Blessing Fund, P.O. Box 74, Mathews, Va. 23109.
