Christine Lee Waller of Cleveland, Ohio, a native of Mathews County and formerly of North, died Jan. 30, 2017.

Born July 27, 1925 to the late Shepherd and Catherine Lee, she was 91 years old. She grew up in Mathews County and attended Thomas Hunter High School.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Luther Waller.

A memorial service will be held on at 2 p.m. Saturday at the residence of her eldest daughter, Virginia J. Friend, in Richmond.
