CHP’s production of ‘Boeing Boeing’ to run Aug. 19-21

The Court House Players will perform the fast-paced comedy “Boeing Boeing” by Marc Camoletti Friday through Sunday, Aug. 19-21, at St. Therese Roman Catholic Church, Gloucester.

In this show, Bernard, portrayed by CHP newcomer Kevin Clauberg, is an American architect living in 1960s Paris who has been masterfully juggling engagement to three air hostesses, played by Sherry Parsons, Wren Beavers and J.J. Brazil. He has kept them from becoming aware of each other through careful study of their airline flight schedules and a great deal of begrudging assistance from his housekeeper Berthe, played by Becky Hogge.

Bernard genuinely adores all three women, but deep down he is truly in love with only one. The situation comes to a head when the airline schedules are upset and all three ladies visit on the same day just as an old friend, Robert, played by R.J. Erickson, drops in for a visit.
