The West Mathews Community League hosted its annual Chili When It’s Chilly fundraiser on Saturday at the Peninsula School in Bohannon. Those attending got a chance to enjoy some hot chili and cornbread on a cool night, also getting a chance to catch up with friends and neighbors. Proceeds will benefit the window replacement project for the former school building.
