A chili fundraiser for the local Helping the Homeless ministry will take place at two locations Saturday.

Chili will be available 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Courthouse Restaurant in Gloucester. In addition, the ministry will be conducting a yard sale outside the Main Street restaurant. Drive-thru chili pickup will also be available 2-5 p.m. at 7532 Buckley Hall Road in Hudgins. The cost of the chili is $3 for 16 ounces, $6 for 32 ounces.

Wendy Roundy asks participants to order ahead by texting 757-508-6389. She said all proceeds will benefit the ministry’s planned permanent property, Camp Restoration Center.
