Chesapeake Bank promotes Hall, Milby

Chesapeake Bank has announced the promotions of Dianne Hall to executive vice president and Kasey Milby to assistant vice president and commercial loan officer. 

Hall is Chesapeake Bank’s retail division manager and Middle Peninsula regional executive. She attended Mathews High School and began her banking career with Chesapeake Bank in 1980 as a teller in the Mathews office. She has risen through the ranks and held various positions such as branch manager, loan processing manager, commercial and mortgage lender, regional manager and chief operations officer. 

Milby started her banking career with Chesapeake Bank in 2003, interning as a teller in the Gloucester office through the Academy of Finance Program at Gloucester High School. After graduating, she joined the bank full-time as a commercial and mortgage loan assistant. In 2011, Milby graduated from Old Dominion University and was promoted to commercial loan portfolio manager.
