Chesapeake Bank has been named one of the 2022 Best Banks to Work For, according to a list compiled by trade publication American Banker.
American Banker has partnered with Best Companies Group to identify banks that excel at creating positive and supportive workplaces for employees.
This year, 90 banks earned a spot in the rankings, based on an anonymous employee survey and a thorough review of benefits and perks offered. Chesapeake Bank ranked #32 in the nation and #1 in Virginia. This marks the 10th year that Chesapeake Bank has made the list.
