Chesapeake Bank employee receives Faircloth Family Award

Tracy Elliott, Project and Data Program Manager for Chesapeake Bank, recently attended the Virginia Bankers Association’s School of Bank Management in Charlottesville and was chosen to receive the Faircloth Family Award of Excellence upon graduation.

Elliott joined Chesapeake Bank in 2015 as its first project manager. She has grown her department to include an additional project manager, business process analyst, and is setting up the data science and analytics business unit.

During her tenure with the bank, more than 100 projects have been completed. Elliott holds degrees in Organizational and Corporate Communications, Political Science, and is a certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.

She focuses her charitable efforts on childhood education, wellness and support. Most recently, she helped lead a team that surpassed its goal of raising over $11,000 to provide early learning opportunities, free counseling and access to fundamental too...
