Cheryl Ann Brown Wallace, age 62, of Hayes, died unexpectedly on August 24, 2020 at her home. She was the daughter of the late William Joel and Lorraine Thomas Brown and was a member of Union Baptist Church. Cheryl had a contagious smile, never met a stranger, would always lend a helping hand to anyone in need, and will be dearly missed by all that knew her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Edward Wallace and is survived by her daughter, Melissa L. Brown (Todd); four grandchildren, Alana, T.J., Aaliyah, Adelynn; her sister, Tina Fleming; nephew, Justin Fleming, and niece, Jennifer Fleming.

A graveside funeral service conducted by the Rev. Richard Whiteheart was held at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, August 31, 2020, in Rosewell Memorial Garden Cemetery, the family received friends at Hogg Funeral Home prior to the service from 1-2. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing requirements were followed, and everyone was asked to wear a mask.
