Charlie Francis Hough, 70, of Gloucester, passed away on Dec. 17, 2025. He was born on Oct. 5, 1955.

He was a veteran of the United States Navy. Following his military service, he worked for 18 years at Newport News Shipyard and later spent 10 years with Peninsula Heating and Air in Gloucester.

He was a member of Cornerstone Church in Cobbs Creek.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Betty Louise Hough and Charlie Francis Hough Sr., and his siblings, Kenneth Niel Hough, Cathy Louise Boone, and Vicky Shelton.

Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Laura Hough; his children, Charlie Hough III, Shannon Hough, and Jessica Hough; his sister, Carolyn Peacher, and his grandchildren.
